Avon Brochure 18 – the Christmas Edition!

All of you Avon fans out there will be happy to know that I have just launched Avon UK’s Brochure 18. Believe it or not, this new brochure is Avon’s Christmas edition, and though it may seem early, there are actually only two months left until the big day! I have already started my Christmas shopping and will be doing more from this brochure… I reckon it’s better to get in there early to avoid the stress of the Christmas rush!
With that said, let me introduce you to the new book (just click on the picture below to be taken to my personal online brochure)…
The brochure front says that it contains ‘unmissable offers on presents for everyone!’, and it isn’t lying! Not only are there hundreds of Christmas gift ideas inside, but there are plenty of treats and free gifts for you too. Here are my brochure highlights:

NOTD: Avon Colortrend Nail Enamel in ‘Violet Freeze’

I know, I know, this is my second nail post in a row, but I just couldn’t resist sharing this beautiful shade with you all! I received this Colortrend Nail Enamel in my Avon delivery on Tuesday and as soon as I saw it I thought it was so pretty.
In the brochure and online the varnish is called ‘Violet Freeze’, but for some strange reason it says ‘Very Violet’ on all its packaging. I’m not entirely sure what its real name is, but I’m going to go with ‘Violet Freeze’ as it is an icy blue shade with a multi-tonal tinge of pinky purple. It’s by no means a dupe, but think Models Own ‘Aqua Violet’ or ‘Indian Ocean’. As you would expect of a multi-tonal nail varnish, the colour changes in different lights… In inside light, the blue is lovely and reminds me of the colour of the Disney Cinderella’s dress, but outside is where you see the full beauty of it. The violet hues really come through and alter in depth depending on how you look at your nails. I just can’t put into words how stunning it really is!
The varnish is very sheer – to achieve the coverage seen above I had to apply three coats, and you can still see the white tips of my nails through it. It was no fuss to apply though… It covered my nails evenly with no streakiness as the formula is very cooperative, and it dried impressively quickly. The Colortrend nail enamels have DEFINITELY improved since the range was overhauled! It hasn’t chipped yet either which is always good.
All of the Colortrend Nail Enamels are currently on offer for £2.50 each in Brochure 16 (page 75 if you’re interested), which is a great price for such a lovely shade. Even their usual price is a snip at just £3.

Avon Brochure 15 introducing City Rush Perfume

Let me introduce you to Avon UK’s latest brochure… Brochure 15!
Brochure 15 sees actress Milla Jovovich introduce Avon’s latest fragrance, City Rush. City Rush For Her is scented with ‘sleek plum, sophisticated dahlia and creamy woods’, and is stylish but feminine. I’ve sampled it myself and it really is lovely! The perfume debuts at just £15 for 50ml, and if you buy it from Brochure 15 you qualify for an amazing free gift – a beautiful black clutch bag, City Rush shower gel and body lotion and £80 worth of Avon vouchers. The free gift is worth over £100 so you really are getting a bargain with this one. Oh, and for my male reader’s there’s also a City Rush EDT, containing ‘masculine pepper bourbon, black dahlia and creamy cashmere woods’. On page 8 you will find the new Ultra Colour Rich Brilliance Lipstick. The lipstick comes in seven vibrant shades and contains ‘light-reflecting prismatic pearls to make lips glisten in every light’. Brilliance has a try-me-price of £3.99, which is better than half price (it will normally be £8), so now’s your time to try it out cheaply! Also, for fans of Avon’s fantastic Glimmerstick Eyeliners, there are two new shades on page 11 for just £3 each – Golden Diamond and Brown Glow.

Avon Brochure 13… Introducing Moroccan Argan Oil!

Hi everyone,
Apologies for my elusiveness this week, that will be explained later today in a separate post, but for now I have for you the latest UK Avon brochure… Brochure 13! Remember, I am a Trendsetter Representative which means I am two brochures ahead of most other Avon Reps, giving you the opportunity to preview new products before everybody else
Brochure 13 sees the introduction of Avon’s very own Moroccan Argan Oil! As I’m sure you’ll know, Argan Oil is very big right now in the world of beauty as it has been found to nourish and enrich hair, leaving it strong, silky and shiny with wonderful movement. A lot of Moroccan Argan Oil that you will find on the high street and from luxury brands is quite expensive, but Avon’s oil treatment is only £2.99 in Brochure 13. I predict that it’s going to be quite popular indeed so snap it up while you can!
